DTF powder is a kind of adhesive for the heat transfer process. We also call it a hot melt adhesive that has been specifically formulated for use with DTF printing. And it acts as the role of pasting. Only by using hot-melt powder can the image be pasted on the clothing.

Generally process
First, print the color picture on the special film, then print a layer of white ink on the color picture. Furthermore, sprinkle a layer of hot-melt powder on the white ink. And finally bake the powder in the oven to dry, and use a heat transfer machine to transfer pictures to clothes or other products.
This kind of powder can be cured at 150C and pressed for 10-20 seconds. You may get the best feeling if you put a sheet of parchment paper on top when you press completed transfer once again for another 5 seconds.
The details of using DTF powder
We can cure the DTF powder in the oven by using a heat gun or under a heat press. You need to follow these steps to cure the transfers under a heat press.
1. put the transfer on the heat press foam
2. lower the top heat plate and make them 1 cm away from the transfer
3. cure the powder for almost 2 min. I will be sparkly and then melt to form an even surface.
