1. Daily maintenance

(I) Nozzle inspection

After turning on the machine, print a test strip first. By checking the lines and ink dots on the test strip, determine whether there is an abnormal ink discharge problem with the nozzle of the nozzle. Because UV ink is volatile, a special cleaning solution and a dust-free cloth are required to wipe the surface of the print head and the bottom of the print frame along the direction of the nozzle. At the same time, use a brush or compressed air to remove dust from the entire machine, focusing on cleaning the area around the nozzle and the gaps in the equipment.

(II) Platform inspection

Before printing, check whether there is any glue or ink residue on the surface of the vacuum platform. If there is any, it needs to be cleaned in time. If there is any scratch on the surface of the platform, it will affect the printing accuracy and needs to be properly handled. The vacuum adsorption system should also be tested to ensure that it can stably adsorb various materials.

2. Weekly maintenance

(I) Ink system inspection

Check whether the ink pipe is bent, damaged or leaking. If there is a problem, it needs to be replaced immediately. Pay attention to the ink remaining in the ink tank, replenish the original ink in time, and avoid mixing different brands of ink to prevent nozzle clogging.

(II) Cleaning the appearance of the equipment

Wipe the equipment shell with a mild detergent, clean the control panel, and ensure that the buttons are sensitive. Clean the vents to prevent dust from blocking the heat dissipation of the equipment.

III. Monthly maintenance

(I) Lubrication of mechanical parts

Apply lithium-based grease to mechanical moving parts such as guide rails, screws, and sliders to reduce component wear. Pay attention to controlling the amount of grease to avoid absorbing too much dust.

(II) Electrical system inspection

Check the cables, wires, and plugs for damage, aging, or looseness, and repair them in time. At the same time, check whether the equipment is well grounded to avoid static electricity from damaging the equipment.

IV. Quarterly maintenance

(I) Filter replacement

Replace the ink pump filter and nozzle filter every quarter according to the frequency of use and environment to prevent impurities from entering the nozzle. Strictly follow the operation manual when replacing.

(II) Deep cleaning of the nozzle

Mix the special cleaning solution in proportion, carefully disassemble the nozzle and soak it. The soaking time depends on the blockage. Then clean it with an ultrasonic cleaner, and test print after reinstalling the nozzle.

V. Annual maintenance

(I) Nozzle performance evaluation

Evaluate the performance of the nozzle every year, observe the printing accuracy and color reproduction, check whether there are serious blockages and other problems, and contact professionals if necessary.

(II) Overall equipment calibration

Test the overall performance of the equipment, compare it with the factory standard, and adjust the parameters with the help of the calibration program. Check the wear of each component and replace the wearing parts in time.

VI. Maintenance precautions

When operating the equipment, wear protective glasses to reduce skin exposure. Turn off the power before maintenance and wait for the curing device to cool down. Use special tools and materials. When the equipment fails, contact the professional after-sales team for repair.
