The first step: spray with a fixing agent or a pretreatment liquid (according to the color of the fabric), and then press it with an ironing machine for about 30 seconds. The purpose is to flatten the fine fluff and wrinkles on the surface of the fabric, which is convenient for printing. . The purpose of the fixing agent or pretreatment liquid is to increase the color fastness of the ink printed on it.
Step 2: Fix the garment on the platform of the printer with a jig, and adjust the printing distance (about one coin thick). Then click on the pre-set pattern on the computer, and after setting parameters such as precision and size, you can click to print.
The third step: After the pattern is printed, remove the garment from the printing platform, and press it with a pressing machine for about 30 seconds. The purpose of pressing is to press the ink of the pattern into the fibers of the fabric. When this step is completed, the printing of a garment is done.
