Enhanced Features for Superior Printing
an upgrade to the well-regarded Helix® machine, boasts a sleek design, faster speeds, and advanced features. It continues to print full-color (CMYKWW and varnish) images on cylindrical objects and is now equipped with ColorBoost, a system that enables 12 pass quality at six pass speeds or eight pass quality at four pass speeds. This proprietary technology produces the highest quality images on the market. The Helix 2.0 also offers increased in-line pretreatment options, including corona, plasma, or jettable primer, to meet specific adhesion requirements .
Safety and Design Upgrades
In addition to enhanced printing capabilities, the Helix® 2.0 includes new safety features such as an operator-protected light curtain and an updated curing location. The light curtain halts machine motion when passed, ensuring operator safety. The curing process has been moved to the back of the machine, protecting operators from UV light exposure .
