Eco solvent printer daily maintenance methods
1.pay attention not to use oil-based ink, which easily corrosion for the ink system and blocked the printhead. Original ink is the best choice for you. Cannot be used mixed ink.
2.not charged plug printing line, otherwise will causes the damage of the main board.
3.pay attention to the ink head nozzle ,don’t wipe, clean the ink with depilate cloth or good quality paper towels to absorb glue dry, otherwise may lead to blockages in the ink nozzle.
4.the machine must be connected to ground, when the dry air, static problem that nots allow to ignore, when using some lamination and light medium, take electrostatic charge (especially) when into the paper work soon. Electrostatic charge can lead to the machine and the ink head of security is damaged, take the grounding line will be the only way to electrostatic discharge. Because the static power itself is a huge, so when charged the ink head operation, ensure that the hands have discharge (contact grounding metal body or wear in addition to electrostatic bracelet), otherwise easy to cause the ink head damage of individual ink.
Grounding requirements and methods;
(1) wire should be mechanically strong single strands of copper wire or scratched lines.
(2) should not be shared with ground buildings lightning rod.

8.should be regular cleaning filter ink residue in cylinder, in order to prevent precipitation into the pipe blockage and ink at the bottom of the head.
