DTF printer print head out of ink solution
dtf peinter has just installed printhead, there will be no ink or printhead is not easy to use. So what is reason for this? How do we maintain it?
First check to see if ink cartridge has run out of a certain color of ink, and then consider following reasons:
1. Tear off label (yellow sticker) according to instructions. air guide groove and air guide hole are still closed, and air cannot enter printhead. At this time, label can be completely torn off.
2. Small air bubbles remain in nozzle. At this time, printhead should be cleaned to discharge small air bubbles.
3. There are impurities in air into ink pipe or print head. Solution: start DTF printer's automatic cleaning program to clean print head one to several times (Note: After each cleaning, a print head test strip must be printed to observe cleaning effect). Or turn off printer and stop using it for a few hours to see if situation improves. If problem cannot be solved, repair is recommended.
4.There are a few white lines in printed pattern. It may be that after long-term printing and using some paper with poor paper quality, there are paper dust particles on surface of paper, and particles may stick to print head, causing some nozzle is blocked, 60cm DTF printer should be cleaned at this time. If it cannot be solved, it should be sent to maintenance department for repair.
