We often see all kinds of advertisements at the event site, booth, and exhibition hall. These advertisements are presented in different ways and the materials used are also different. Today I will briefly talk about the difference between them.
First, according to the purpose of the photo machine, it can be divided into two types: outdoor solvent printer and indoor eco solvent printer.
The typed product can't stand the wind and the sun, and it is easy to fade. The reason is that the ink used is water-based ink, so it is not waterproof. Consumables are also non-waterproof coatings, so they melt when exposed to water. However, the pictures printed by the indoor photo machine are detailed and clear, and the color saturation is high, so the pictures in our common activities, booths, and exhibition halls are all printed by indoor printers.
Indoor eco solvent printer materials need to be appreciated at a close distance, so there are high requirements for the clarity of color and image in the process of indoor advertising production. Indoor advertising can avoid problems such as wind, sun and rain.
As the name implies, it can withstand wind and rain outdoors without fading. The reason is that the ink used outdoors is oil-based ink waterproof, and the consumables are weak solvent materials that can be waterproof. The materials of weak solvent include weak solvent PP, weak solvent adhesive, weak solvent car sticker, weak solvent light sheet, etc. It should be noted that the outdoor photo machine cannot play water-based materials. If you use an outdoor photo machine to play water-based materials, there will be color difference due to the mismatch of the coating, and even the coating will fall off.
Outdoor solvent printer materials may be exposed to the sun and rain for a long time when displayed in an open space outdoors, so outdoor advertising must meet the requirements of waterproof and sun protection.
